Hello all, i just got a SMOKING deal(pun intended) on a original Bradley and just came upon this site looking for recipes.
this is exactly what i was looking for. a community of fellow bbq'ers and smokers!!!!!!!

cant wait to pick up my smoker and try some of the awesome recipes around!!!!!!!! ;D

cool, good to see some fellow BC'ers,  you will be able to smell my smoke fom New Westminster..   i receive my smoker tuesday and im gitty like a school girl about it.  my first smoke will be a rack of frozen beef ribs.. i know i know frozen.. but i bet they will still be the best i ever had. im going to 221 em with hickory ..,. wish me luck

I don't mean to discourage, just to make you aware. Ribs are tricky to get good. I still have not perfected it. Of course I never had them great off the BBQ either.
