Title: How old to smoke a 2lb. rubbed turkey thigh

How old to smoke a 2lb. rubbed turkey thigh and also should I use 3/2/1 smoke rate.

I can't give you the amount of time. For turkey I go by the internal temperature. When the thigh reaches 165°F at the thickest point, that is when I take it out of the smoker.

I hope you are placing more the one 2 pound turkey thigh in your smoker, or it could get expensive using a couple of hours of bisquettes for one thigh.

First time using it and I'd reater screew-up a thigh I had in the freeze rather then a whole bird.
