Title: Pork Chops on The Big Easy

Havent tried Gun Powder seasoning on pork yet so I picked up some chops and gave it a go.

Used a rack from my other smoker and slapped them on TBE.

They cooked faster than I thought but I didnt over cook em.  ;D

Cooked some sourdough bread earlier and made some Garlic toast.

The GP on them there chops didnt suck.  :D
