Title: Candied Sockeye

I have a basic recipe from other posts on here, but what i really need to know is what tempeture to smoke at, type of chips to use,and how long, also is there anything i need to do to the fish while its smokeing or do i just leave it alone till the smoke process is done

gonna try this with the farm raised stuff this weekend I hope.  Got to be better than nothing[:D].
