Greek Seasoning Blend Spice Mix Recipe from HS
• 2 tsp. dried oregano
• 1 ½ tsp. onion powder
• 1 ½ tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
• 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
• ½ tsp. ground nutmeg(optional)
• 1 tsp. salt
i made a few adjustments they were seasoned and sat for 5 days

I cheated on the seasoning here cause of i wanted to be perfect

resting for an hour before heading to the smoker at 220 degrees

i pulled the cornbeef after 10 hours for smoke and heat and let it rest an hour till i sliced it it was AWESOME

After 8 hours of smoke and heat i covered in carolina treet and rapped in foil the 5 more hours in smoker then pulled to rest

the end product came out wonderful
OK, Now I'm really hungry.
