Post by: mitchf350 on April 08, 2011, 02:19:30 PM
Alright Im going to bring two slabs of baby back ribs out to my mothers house, its about a 40min ride. What is the best way to transport them. FTC? I need them to hold good. Ive got a lil bet with my moms fiance on who can make the best ribs.

Double layers of HD foil then wrap in a thick towel then into a good cooler!  If you could pre-heat the cooler even better

Thats what I was thinking. I know when I did ftc on my boston butt it held super hot for 5hrs.  I know you dont need to ftc ribs but Will there be any ill affects on the ribs if they are ftc for up to 1.5 to 2 hours?
