You gotta love left overs!
For lunch today, breakfast in my case we had brisket panini's with smoked horseradish cheese ( after 4 months resting its finally ready) with some hickory river habanero BBQ sauce drizzled on top. The brisket was soft as butter! I keep telling myself "portion control portion control portion control" !
