OK guys, if money was no object, what controlls would you purchase to build your curing cabinet??

and i'm sure he could offer you some suggestions. From what I have seen you really dont need to spend a whole lot of money to get the job done.

Welcome to the forum.

If money is no object then check out the Dry Curing Cabinet that ExpatCandian built. I consider it the Rolls Royce of dry cabinets:

Here is a link the the one I built. Within the discussion are recommendations from other members. When looking at heating sources, try to avoid infrared heating devices. They tend to heat the object at a higher temperature then the air temperature.

I didn't want to make any physical modifications to my freezerless refrigerator, because during certain times of the year I still use it as a refrigerator; but if you are going to use your cabinet solely for dry curing and are going to cut hole in it, an upright freezer may be cheaper.
