Title: First Pork Shoulder today

Decided to try a Pork Shoulder today. Out of the freezer

The pid is the best investment anyone can buy for their smoker.

Had a bag full of leftovers and brought them into work for the boys, it was like watching a bunch of seagulls going at it :D
