This one I picked up cause ti is very fragile.  ;D

Got me some new layers, had a mink move through and killed every one of my layers. #@$%&^!!!!!

Got them in the smokin shed wile I repair the hole in the chicken coop.

The dogs were intrigued.

Tucked in for the night.

Checked on them before I went to bed and they were plenty warm, they were all sprawled out and some had there wings out. That means there warm.

Checked on en before I left this morn and they have found the food and water all by themselfs.  ::)

Thats to cool, I raised bees about 10 years ago for honey and they came in the mail too, they sure were glad to see me come and get them off there hands ;D

Your brown dog has a very interesting color pattern.  Real neat looking.  What kind of dogs do you have?

Good looking chicks!   I love going to the Farm Store this time of year..  Lots of fluffy/feathery critters under the heat lamps.  :D

Bears Fan

That color is called Brindle. There are a number of breeds of dogs that come in a brindle color, I think Ou's is a Boxer though, beautiful looking dog for sure.

Yep, that brown dog is a Brindle Boxer she is only 5 months old and her name is JD, she is so much fun, fallows me around every were.

That little black dog is a Boston terror he is going to be 3 years old soon his name is Tucker, replace the T in his name with a F and that tells ya how ornery he is.

I also have 2 German short hairs that are great hunting dogs, there gettin a little old, close to 12 now.

Them there are laying hens.  ;D

I also raise broilers but wait till after the heat of the summer has passed, they dont take the heat to well.

Do about 50 each year and they get over 8 lb dressed weight in about 10 weeks.

Yepper, me too, my old man raised hundreds of broilers each year also.

Hated slaughter day.

Thats why I only do 50.  ;D

My grandparents had chickens. I could never figure out why the outhouse was on the other side of the chicken yard. Those chickens love little kids toes :o

We also had 5 acres of watermellon, cantalope and casaba. To this day i still cant stand any of them  :P

Dont care much for any of them eather and we didnt grow em.  ;D
