I got my OBS back in Oct. 2010 and have used it most every weekend. For whatever reason, the heating element took an early retirement. I was feeling pretty proud of myself as I had a spare (been to lazy to do the 2nd element add-on). Called Bradley this last Monday and ordered the replacement, but was told they were on backorder. Once again, I threw out my shoulder patting myself on the back cause I was so prepared ;)
Well today, Friday, I get home and there is the replacement element from Bradley ;D
Now that is what I call service!!!
Bradley has a reputation for good service and support. I am waiting on a second element to install from Yard and Pool, probably won't be too long now.
Really glad to hear these kind of comments..If you just read through sections of this forum you will find that Bradley goes that extra mile to take care of the products they sell...some problems yes but they seem to be working the elements problem out...Just saying.
