I sure do get hungery for chips-n-salsa sometimes  ;D

Easy way to cut corn tortillas.

Red onion diced for the salsa.

Fry the chips in pure lard. This way you wont have any of the polly wally saturated junk  :D

We make Salsa all the time but have never thought of frying chips, I'll have to try that next week :o
