Title: Boneless Baby Backs

Dont ask me why they call em that, all they are is a pork loin cut with the grain.

A dash of some rib rub and waiting for the smoker to warm up to 250 F.

Mamma wanted baked taters so I rubed em with OO and sprinkeled with sea salt then put em in the smoker wile it was warmin up.

Smoked for 2 hr using Apple and pulled when the IT hit 145 F with a total of 2 1/2 hr start to finish we get this.

Wrapped in plastic and rolled up in a towle then placed in the warmed oven for an hr.

The taters are done.

Lunch today was a big ol bowl of chili.

You know whats really funny is my son does more cookin than his wife does.

I keep tellin him "you married your mother"

Neither of our wifes think thats funny, but we sure do.  :D
