Title: Pork and Chicken Lo-Mein
Post by: SnellySmokesEm on April 19, 2011, 06:51:45 AM
I have been craving some Chinese food so I made some lo mein over the weekend.  Its based on Rachel Rays Everything Lo Mein Recipe.
  http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/rachael-ray/everything-lo-mein-recipe/index.html  (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/rachael-ray/everything-lo-mein-recipe/index.html)

In my version I used carrots, cucumber, water chestnuts, baby corn, scallions, bean sprouts, broccoli and Chinese egg noddles.  For the meat I used 1 chicken breast and the skirt from a slab of spare ribs that I trimmed and had in the freezer.
