Well i got a bag of ham bags in the mail and a pig in the freezer happy days when they came together ;D
It had a 7 day cure 10.5 's recipe and thanks for the bags Chris

After 12 hours of drying i did 4 hours maple and 4 hours apple
And the whole time all it did is snow

Boy howdy, that is a smokin' looking ham.Man o man. And you could make what my bro and I made for our easter dinner. Ham stuffed potato dumplings. Oh My God they are good and easy to make. A little time consuming but well worth it.
