You're gonna love the scotch eggs...we've been making them for a long time...if you want...after you smoke...you can bread them and pan fry them...gets you a nice crisp outside...yum!

No these were cooked in a Big Easy, didn't know how long it would take to smoke in my Bradley so I want with what I knew as for time.
I will smoke some one day and get times (guessing 2 hrs? )
Tommy those eggs take 3 to 4 hours in the Bradley at 210F to reach 160F IT
