Title: Finally, the smoker and shed are ready and the brisket is smoking.
Post by: Savage on April 24, 2011, 10:07:46 AM
After an exhaustive search I found a shed (display model at a hugh discount) to install the 4 rack digital smoker in.
This shed is great to keep the smoker out of the wind and elements and so far has displayed even even cooking temps.
I wish I knew how to post a pic on here.
I hope the brisket turns out well or I'll have to take my wife out for dinner.

Well the brisket is done. It looks dry but was moist and farely tender for a first timer. Hummmmm what to try next?

The shed isn't vented yet however I'm planning on adding a louver in the lower door and at the top of
the side wall to allow some convection of smoke and heat.
Thanks for the info on how to post pics :)
