I quickly opened it:

I've needed to add a couple of new tools to my kitchen and they got delivered just a little while ago. I bought two scales from Old Will Knott Scales.  One is the KD8000 (8000 gram) and the Proscale Luxe 600 (600 gram). For the price (with a few accessories, delivered) of $88.16 I believe this should be a good starter set.

I'm thinking I need some cure and a pork belly next!  ;D

Way to go partner, sure sounds like a plan to me...I have a really old spring scale that I have to calabrate all the time, I guess I will have to drop a less then subtle hint... :D

A man can not live with only one scale.  ;D
