That looks mighty fine! I have a lot of fun with combining Bradley and TBE cooks since that basket sits in the Bradley so easy! Get's the smoke and the final finish every time.

The outside was perfectly carmalized and I used smoked cheddar in the stuffing for a bit of goodness.

Well if you're going to have club crackers you will need some smoked cheese too!

I've had a big easy and a big bottle of propane for a year now...we just stuck in the earthquake box...just got it  for emergency...it was free so...but damn the food looks awesome...I may have to break it out...

I agree LQ you better be safer than sorry. In case an earthquake does strike you better practice practice practice to be prepared.

Sure does look good BL!

Ya know what jigger....I'm not from Cali...went thru a 5.6 earthquake (which is pee pee) lost power in July for 4 hours and it kinda freaked me out...gimme a hurricane any day...so I put TBE in the box with a bunch of crappy food...but after looking at this post...I'm gonna break it out...I love pork loin...have some in the house now...

I don't have TBE, but after looking at some of these beautiful cooks, I may have to add this to my Bradley.

I make my best wings in TBE!

Smoked legs using the OBS and then TBE to finish are so good! And being able to fit the basket in the OBS and then move it right to TBE is fantastic. Smoked legs with crispy skin. With one set of char-broil leg racks I can get 15 legs in it...and there is enough room for 15 more. And the leg racks can also be used for the wings ;)

I need to get the legs rack next.  I have the rib hooks and the trays and love them both.
