Chez has fabulous service! I received my smoker very fast. I wasn't expecting to really even see it this week, but alas it arrived today. wOOt!

OK.. So now I just have to decide what to smoke this weekend! heh.

My recommendation would be a pork shoulder. That's the first thing I did. It was very easy, almost foolproof, and came out great. I'll probably do another on this weekend.

Alot of people like to start with chicken thighs. They are easy and helps you get the feel for your new BS. Kirk is the man.
