Title: Soy protein concentrate?
Post by: ExpatCanadian on April 29, 2011, 12:33:43 PM

Hey...  a couple recipes I am considering call for soy protein concentrate.  I don't have access on short notice to some from a sausage making supply...  anyone know if I can just pop down to my local health food store and buy a tub of the stuff bodybuilders use?  For example:

Or perhaps I should just substitute skim milk powder?

They are different products. Use the powdered skim milk.
