Title: Maple Canadian Bacon
Post by: _Bear_ on April 30, 2011, 06:40:25 PM
I know I am suppose to wrap it and let it sit for a few days, but I could not resist  ;D. After 14 days of curing in Bradleys maple cure and maple syrup then in the smoker for 5.5 hrs, all I can say is fantastic.

Thanks guys, and as a matter of fact I did clean my plate LOL. Tonight is pizza night with of course Maple Canadian bacon and smoked cheddar, smoked mozzarella cheese and smoked Monteray jack, all cheese I smoked and vac sealed before Christmas and I may even smoke some onions for it this afternoon.
