Title: Pork Chop tacos
Post by: Brisket Lover on May 01, 2011, 02:25:35 PM
So from the loin the other day I cut some chops.  Basically the same recipe as the loin.  I sliced the chops, stuffed them with brown rice, broccoli, and smoked cheddar. Next I wrapped it in bacon and stuck them in the smoker with maple where they will sit for 40 minutes.  Not long really, but I'm hungry and I started late.  After I take them out I will baste it in some Carolina Treet and finish it in TBE.

I think it was even better a few days later.
