Title: First Pork Loin
Post by: Dirt Clod on May 01, 2011, 04:20:05 PM
Did a pork loin today came out pretty good for my first time. Rub some olive oil it then put some pork rub on it let set overnight in the frig. Wrapped it in bacon and smoked for 2 1/2 hours cooked it an IT of 160. Next weekend some pulled pork.

Looks good Clod! Next time wrap it in a weave of bacon...You get complete bacon coverage that way ;)

A bacon weave and pull outta the smoker with a IT of 145 F will be a home run.
