Glad there were no injuries with you and your family Tommy.
Geez...those storms were awful...sorry to hear about your sister in law's home...the devastation is terrible...glad your family is OK (as OK as they can be)...tornado's are scary stuff...
I glad to hear the you, your family, Gus and Testrocket are all safe. I'm in NY, and there are a couple of tornadoes that touch down each year within a 50 mile radius of me. When I hear about them, they frighten the h*ll out of me, but none have been as devastating as the ones that occur in the south and west.
Tommy, Gus & TR
Glad everyone is ok. Fences, cars, trees, sheds can be replaced. Good friends cant.
We will hook up sometime again.
Thanks for sharing Tommy, Hope the recovery process is quick and unstressful!!!
Tommie - forget the shed, did the Bradley and the TBEs make it ok?
Tommy... like the above posters have already said, we are all glad that you and your family are safe...

Gus I believe they were in the garage in the first picture. So they are good to go. You do realize that was the first thing he wanted to know after the storms. "Where are my cookers and are they OK?"
TMB, Glad you and Kimmie and the others are OK. Hate to hear your '49 took it though.
Glad to hear everyone is safe Tommy.
Glad to here our family and friends in the south are safe.
You can rebuild a shed or a car but family and friends ya cant.
It's good to hear y'all are OK.
Y'all hang in there. I know it's an awful mess.
That was one the meanest twisters I've ever even heard of.
Glad y'all are all alive.
Lordy.
We are very glad you and your family,Gus and TR made it through safe. Lots of devistation. That was a mean BIG storm.
Glad your safe and sound!!
That's a bad way to score some pecan wood though ;D
Glad you & your family , TR & Gus are all safe!
Power came on yesterday night so we came back home today. No damage to speak of except all the spoiled bacon, sausage, butts, and brisket that I had in the freezer. The good news is that its covered by insurance and so I get to make more.
Plus I can't complain at all, family is safe and no damage. So many have lost everything they have including love ones.

We might all oughtta say a prayer for those that weren't so lucky.
There's been so much devastation lately, here and around the world...
I was just trying to clear my mind of all the trouble we've had, and our family has had, and others have had...
So I could get on a plane at LAMBERT without freaking out...
Seeing all the wreckage
there ---
Nothing like Tuscaloosa --as far as "widespread", but scary as heck.
So, we took off,
turned left (swung WAY WIDE aroung Evansville, IN) and finally (way late) landed in NOLA.
We're on the gound.... Weather ain't too bad... All is good...
Next thing I hear---"Tommy ain't gonna be here".
THAT is what we were flying AROUND...
Checked some TV in the room --- Good Lord...
Whatta mess.
And now it's
still raining... My hometown (Paducah, KY) has the flood gates up, and it's just
more and more rain.
(KYNOLA lives there --- is at home right now)
Across the river from there, in Metropolis, IL, they're starting to flood, and it's starting to get really
serious.
The folks in SE Missouri are gonna get flooded tonight... At least they have
warning.
But, it's gotta be tough to know your home is about to be CRAP -- even if you know it's coming.
Lordy...
ALL Y'ALL TAKE CARE.
Where ever you are.
Whatta mess.
Awrighten.
What a mess it is, take care my brothers and sisters of the south.
Glad to hear everyone is safe
All safe and sound here, but is it sick to think of you cookers 3rd thought after your family and home? LOL
Really, sheds and cars are nothing family is everything and that we have. You folks here are just and extension of that family and I thank you for the prayers and concerns.
We will rebuild the shop and sell the cars for parts so that's all good, I'm just thankful nobody was hurt.
Can't wait to get cleaned up and start smoking angain!!!
Run down on cookers... 2 -TBE's all ok
2- SRG's al ok
1- Bradley OBS ok
1- HeatWave grill ok
1- 26 in charcoal grill wet but works ;)
We just hope everyone can recover quickly. I know we're long distance but are willing to help any way we can. Take care all and drop a line if you need to chat.
Pat and Ann and the pups.
Glad you Ok tommy. Good to hear none of our family was injured.
