Making some spare ribs. Rubbed with CYM and some salt lick rub. Forgot to take pictures before I put it in. I'll take some after the "3" in 3-2-1.
They are having a local BBQ competition. It is a 3 day event with both KCBS tourney and an amateur class tourny. They also had various bands playing. I volunteered to work and got the beer tent assignment. Ended up at the tent at the Main stage venue where the better bands play. During the night they had 2 local bands plus Leah Seawright, Mac McAnally, and Percy Sledge. So as a volunteer I got free admission, free beer, a free T-Shirt and some good music. Wasn't much BBQ except for the vendors because the serious cooking didn't start until later last night.
