Title: Trying 3-2-1
Post by: SiFumar on May 07, 2011, 01:44:01 PM
Never have tried the 3-2-1 method.  So took a slab of ribs out Thurs to thaw, trimmed and rubbed (homemade mixture) Friday.  On the Bradley this AM.(with Apple).

After foil, I used beer as had used all the apple juice for the brine for the chicken breasts.

On for last hr of drying out.  Looks done already but I wanted some of steam to dry off.  Tasted trimmings and were very GOOD!  Not sure yet if I like the steaming.  Will post the finale.

The End....

Juicy, tender, but to fall off the bone for me.  I only put on for 1/2hr after the foil.  Used about a Tbs of beer....not much flavor added.  If you like fall of the bone ribs this 3-2-1 recipe is the one to try.  Will I use method again?  Yes, when I have people here who like ribs that way.
