First, I'd just like to say Happy Mother's Day to each Mom out there. This is your special day!

I asked my Mother where she'd like to eat today and she said every restaurant would be a zoo so she'd prefer I smoke her some baby backs instead. Oh boy! It's Mother's day and sonny boy gets to play!

Stopped by Sam's Club Friday night and picked up a three back of baby backs.

Washed and ready for a rub down.

I'll use these three rubs, one on each with all three getting a light "sprinkle" of the Salt Lick for a slight kick. Mom can't eat really hot stuff so just enough to spice it up a bit.

I got these on at exactly 7am and left the membrane on. I'll let them go about 4.5-5 hours @225 and spray them each hour for the first two hours. On the 3rd hour, I'll turn them and spray again. Then on the 4th hour I'll turn, spray and apply Head Country sauce and leave until done. The spray bottle will have apple juice and apple jack brandy.

I'm hungry already!

Thanks everyone. Yes, they were absolutely delicious. Mom loved them and when the meal was over she hit "The Easy Button" ;D
