Now on the surface this all sounds good and well... however, we have some real nuts-0 and road rage is a big item here. Bumb a wacko's car and he jumps out and shoots ya. All the guy has to say is that (your dead at this point) you where trying to run him off of the road. That he was afraid for his life.
Chit I guess I will have to get a permit to carry a 6-shooter when I'm walking Skyway. When it comes down someone is going to be dead. Even if not it will be their word against yours.
I can hear it now... I thought he was reaching for his gun and I was afraid... when the only thing a person was doing is reaching for his phone. Yepper it is about time to get out of Dodge.

Now don't get me wrong. I'm not anti-gun. Walk into my house uninvited and see fast you will find pieces of yourself embedded into my wall. I have no worries about killing someone if needed.
I know that just about every piece of trash that cannot make it up North ends up here in Florida. We have so many Nuts-O on our roads that you can take this to the bank: as much as I'm on the road in any given 5 days I see at least two road rages with drivers dodging in and out of lanes trying to get to each other. Now let's step it up a notch and put guns in their hands and give them an out by saying they were worried/ scared.
