Fed-ex will be bringing my new smoker on Wed i cant wait i will put a brisket on before i go out Wed night for supper Thur  ;D ;D ;D

That's great news, gonna break her in with a brisket...nothing wrong about that, we will be watchin and have a ball with your smoker... :D

Do remember to season your new smoker by running a hour or two of smoke through it before smoking some food. Seasoning it will get rid of that "new metal" taste.

oh ya i plan to get it set up and to do the season smoke while i sleep then when get up it will be game on
