Throwed a rack of ribs in the smoker today using 10.5 receipt...3..2..1 they were soooooooooooo good..

Them look really good. That recipe is a good starter to get you going on making your own style of ribs your way.

They look great. When I follow the 3-2-1 i sauce them before the final hour. My wife is asking for a more "messy" rib. Your's look pretty saucy/messy. Did you sauce them just one before the final hour or sauce them throughout the final hour? I was thinkning of pulling them from the smoker and sauce them on the grill continuously for an hour or so.

That plate of grub looks GREAT!

I me love a big ol pile of steamed spinage, the only way I can get the rest of the family to eat spinage is to put it in lasagna or a pizza.  ::)
