I'm a happy camper now. I got my dual element PID in the mail. Now if I can get my meat grinder problems fixed, I can make some sausage.

I'll install it on Thursday when I have the day off. I'm not going to hook it up if I don't have several hours to try it out...LOL!!! What should I make on Thursday....Hmmmmmm. Too bad my new Cabelas grinder is dead, I'd make some sausage.
Make it from preground meat. I do it quite often when in a hurry.

If I had a stuffer that would work. I was planning on using the grinder as a stuffer. I guess thats why I'm getting a Kirby Stuffer. I almost don't need a grinder then. ;D

Smoked meatloaf sounds good, it aint sausage but its close. ;D
If you want to test the ramp feature of your PID you could smoke some salmon, it does close to the same temp ramp thing as sausage.
