Title: Some lightly Smoked Shrimp
Post by: ghost9mm on May 10, 2011, 04:36:46 PM
These are 16/20 count shrimp...gave them 1 hour of cold mesquite smoke then over to the grill and sauteed in lemon pepper and butter for a few minutes, and then served with fries and bake beans...

So how was the smoke flavor?

Just a hint of smoke, my wife thought it was just enough...

I agree with your better half. Shrimp are such a delicate flavor that I don't want too much smoke on them.

Dinner for two and no mention of left overs!! I'm saying it didn't Suck!! I know there would have been just enough on the grill for me Momma would have been scrounging for dinner. A cold beer by the grill snacking away, Sorry Honey I called for you when they was ready but I guess you didn't hear me with the shrimp stuffed in my mouth.
