Title: Cold Smoked Loin Chops...

We had bought a pork loin last friday that was on sale, wasn't sure what we were going to do with it...but heck it was on sale...then reading through this forum, my good friend Larry from the great state of Kentucky gave me a idea..so today we cut the loin and cold smoked it three hours of hickory...

Those look like they turned out really good! Did you cook them only in the Bradley or did you grill/pan fry them after?

Cold smoked meat is gooood.   ;D

That plate of grub looks tasty, mmmmm peas.   :o
