Title: SMOKING hamburgers

Does anyone have any ideas for smoking hamburgers  or catfish filets ?

you could cold smoke for say 1 Hr. or so and then finish on the grill / cook as normal.

You can either cold smoke them (no cabinet heat, ice tray in bottom) and then grill, or crank your Bradley up to 11 and hot smoke them like little meatloaves.
