Title: Where to insert External Temp Probe?
Post by: TRAILERKING on May 20, 2011, 09:09:20 PM
I have a Digital Bradley 4-rack. Where would one insert the probe through into the cabinet? The top vent or through the side (smoke generator hole) or some other way? Does a guy leave the probe in during the whole process to monitor Internal Temp's?

Hi TK

I would drop it down through the damper hole.

Hi TK

I agree with what Brian said and have done that myself. I also have put it though the door and closed it on it. The seal on the door is great and no smoke escapes. I also would keep it throughout the whole process.
