Title: First Meat loaf

Two pounds Mom's meatloaf rolled out. Sprinkle with chopped onions and shredded cheese. Layer 1.4 pound mild Italian sausage. Center red bell pepper. Roll into loaf, sprinkle with bread crumbs.  2 hours 40 minutes of mesquite, till IT of 165 degrees. Cook temp 225 degrees.  Total time 3 hours 45 minutes

By Golly !! that's a mighty nice lookin meatloaf, like the idea of the sausage in there...may have to try that one...

looking great...  needs to do another  loaf..... WAIT,,,, im doing a brisket....  never  mind
