Guys,

I tried another turkey jerky recipe and this was awesome!!  Simplest recipe yet:

1 pound sliced turkey breast
1 C. Very Very Teriyaki Sauce
1/5 tsp Cure #1

I prefer not to smoke teriyaki jerky so I just dried it in the over.  Man this stuff is good!
