Title: Made a little Teriyaki Jerky

Tried out the new dehydrator today, made up some teriyaki marinade last night..came out pretty good, my two granddaughters are home from college and were here and they ate a bunch of it.. :D

Isn't nice to have a large dehydrator like that. Did you smoke the jerky in the Bradley first or just dehydrate only?

Teriyaki jerky is Taby's favorite, did some here too.  ;D

Mmmmmmmmmm..., Teriyaki!!!  Great looking texture and color Ghost.  Bet it tastes better than it looks too.

we just tried out our new smoker, made 5 lb batch, smoked it for 2 hrs, then dehydrated it, however, we checked it after 3 hours and it is way to done/dry and some burned, the temp we kept at 150,  i am guessing that is too high ? everything we read says 150 - 160 temp.  please need some help here

One of these days I am going to break open my new Cabela dehydrator and make some of these jerkys.

What you see in the picture up above was done at 155 for 5 hours, and alot depends on your dehydrator, I try and keep an eye on it after a few hours, I too do not like burnt jerky either..
