Title: My First Time Using the Bradley
Post by: sthomasaz on May 25, 2011, 03:46:48 PM
I wanted to do something fairly safe for my first time so I threw some chicken legs in. This was a last minute deal so I cobbled together a rub off of what was in the old spice cabinet.

I smoled it for a few hours with some hickory biscuits and the chicken came out awesome. It was juicy and delicous and had the most amazing flavor. I am a Bradley convert. You know it is an awesome smoker if even I can't screw it up.

Slice the onions before you smoke them. I love them on omelets.

G9 those chicken thighs look really great. Did they come out of the smoker that way or did you finish them on the grill.

They actually came out of the smoker that way.

How did you do that with the picture? I couldn't figure it out.
