Title: Smoked Turkey Enchiladas

Felt like some enchiladas,,,, sooooooo I dug around in the freezer and found a couple pounds of smoked turkey breast.

Made up some gooey goodness.

Put the still frozen turkey in the crock pot.

Cover with the good stuff.

Throw the lid on and let the crock do its magic.

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 16 oz tub sour cream
1/2 package dry onion soup mix
1  4 oz can green chiles (I doubled it this time)
2lb boneless chicken breast (I used Smoked turkey breast here)
2 Tbl Smoked Spanish Paprika
1/4 cup chipotle pepper pure
Anbunch of cheese and cook till bubbly

After the crock time.
