Just made my first sausage ever. I have 10lbs of venison summer sausage to hit the smoker in the morning and 10lbs of a hybrid polish/italian sausage for dinner. The Kirby cannon worked GREAT!!!!! Thanks again Kirby!!!! Even a newbie to sausage making was able to handle the Kirby Cannon. Sorry, no pics because I cant find the data cable for my phone.

Believe it or not, I had no water or meat leaking issues. I got lucky. Then again, I read other posts about it so I knew what to look for.
