Title: First Roast in the smoker
Post by: jdavison on May 29, 2011, 08:44:54 AM
First of all, thanks to everyone for posting some great info on your experiences.  I have my first round roast in the smoker, rubbed down with some home made stuff, sam adams in the drip pan, and hickory chips on the tray.  Going to take it to 140 IT.  With the sam adams in the drip pan should I still put some bacon on top.  Thanks
