hi to all I just took delivery last week of a brand new original bradley smoker (in black)

I'm looking forward to reading all the tip's n tricks you've got, I had a stab this weekend with some pork, fish and chicken all good so far and no-one was poisoned!

So you know i'm over the "pond" based in sussex (UK)

please feel free to post up any links that you think are essential reading/threads so i can really boost up my know-how
