Corkys

And 10 lb riblets.

50/50 BAMA RED/Gun powder.

The riblets were devoured as soon as they came outta the smoker, good thing I was nibbling wile they were cooking other wise I wouldnt get any.

Also made some baked Mac N Cheese, cold Mac salad and baked beans.

Didnt get any other shots of the goodies or the rest of the night, I think Jack took over.  ::)

This is what was left and I'm having it for lunch today.

All them ribs and riblets turned out GREAT!

The salt lick and my kansas city rub were a little hot for some but I thought they were perfect.

Every one really, really liked the riblets with the 50/50 BAMA RED Gunpowder.

Now I gotta teach them kids "The bones DO NOT go in the chiminea"  ::)

I'm gonna pick up another 10 lb box wile there still on sale, I think I got 2 of those tasty morsels.

Looks good Curt, nice selection of rubs.  At least you got a couple of nibbles out of it.

I tried to get some sweet heat for the girls, my sons wife (and mine) think black pepper is hot.  ::)

Will do the 50/50 BAMA GP on a rack of ribs next time,,,,,, just for the girls.  ;)

Every thing looks good Curt Very nice. But I was wondering, was that lunch really leftover or somehow did not find its way to the table during the party?

You nailed it!

I slipped half a rack in the bottom, back behind every thing of the fridge when I was getting the mac salad out.  ;)

"Betty Crocker"

Suddenly Salad Ranch and bacon.  ;D

I doubled the batch, added a can of peas and used Miracle Whip Light.

There was 6 dogs running around, dont think the bones would last long on the lawn.  ;D
