Title: Teriyaki Sticks
Post by: NePaSmoKer on June 10, 2011, 06:27:16 AM
Did these the other day with the bucket mixer.

Cut and vac sealed today. These are dried teriyaki sticks (not dry like the Landjaegers i did awhile back)

I have around 1 lb of smaller cuts for the SO tray.

You can make just about any style stick into a dries or semi dry by putting in a paper bag in the fridge for a few days. This will dry dry the green weight by 30-40%
