Smoked Meatloaf.

The good stuff.

And the stars of the show, ground pork, beef and my favorite deer, 1 lb each.

Dump on the good stuff.

Mix gently.

Line a pan with plastic wrap.

Gently spread the in the pan,,, if you pack it the loaf will be tuogh.

Cover and in the fridge to let every one time to get to know each other.

Meat loaf and mashed tatters and corn was my Dad's favorite meal...partner I just know that's going to be good...

Well that sucks!! It will be all gone in the 6 hours it would take me to get there. That's if I can make it over the river

I use oatmeal in my meatloaf too.  It works the same as breadcrumbs and is much healthier

Its done!

Took about 40 min longer than planned.   ::)

The loaf is cooling now,,,, when I dig in I'll post the moneyt shot.  ;D

Looks great, I meant to pick up some stuff to make a meatloaf yesterday but forgot about it. Now I have no meatloaf.  :(
I'll have to try to remember later in the week when I stop at the store again.  :)
