Title: apologies everyone
Post by: Meat tooth on June 11, 2011, 11:03:53 PM
I have to report my first brisket. It was 10#er. Put on @ 6pm Friday, off @ 7:45am Sat, 3.5 hrs of hickory, cooked @ 200F the rest of the way, but alas, no pics. Used Big Sids BBQ "Moovelous Brisket Rub" from Strodes BBQ & Deli in Brantford, ON; same place I got the flat. It made great sammies for lunch, and after reheated in foil @ suppy time, It was simply AWESOME! Moist, tender very flavourful. These little smokers are the cat! They really rock! wow!
