Title: Max load for ribs?
Post by: Bobdelasmoke on June 12, 2011, 08:07:00 AM
Last time I did ribs, I only did 2 racks of baby back. We had a couple of people at home so they got a taste of it. Everyone really liked it and said (surprisingly) I should make more sometimes  ;D

So using the 321 method can I fully load my OBS? I'm pretty sure it'll take longer but what I should I expect? and when should I rotate the racks?

What you can do is do the smoking in the Bradley (the 3), then wrap and foil and toss in your house oven (the 2) while you get another load smoking.

Toss back in for the '1' to set the sauce if you like - or even put on a grill.

If you load it full - it will take forever for it all to cook evenly.
