Welcome to the forum!
You will be very happy with the Bradley with whatever jerky recipe you decide on. If you do a search you will find lots of discussion on different jerky recipes and techniques.
I like to use high mountain seasoning. They have a nice variety and incluce detailed instructions.
I usually use bottom round sliced about 1/8 inch thick. I like to let the meat marinade for at least 24 hours.
I usually smoke for about 2 hours with a total smoke cook time of 3 and 1/2 hours. I usually have the cabinet temp cranked up all the way if I have it loaded completley. I keep the damper at least halfway open and I rotate the racks top to bottom, front to back, every hour.

Don't be a stranger![;)][:D][8D]
